A Romantic Spring Wedding at Trout Lake Retreats 🌿🌸

Allie & Kevin’s wedding at Trout Lake Retreats in Stroudsburg, PA was a breathtaking celebration of love, nature, and timeless charm. With a stunning lakefront ceremony and a cozy lodge reception, their wedding perfectly reflected their love for the outdoors.

For the bridal party florals, I wanted to complement the soft, romantic tones of the day. The bridesmaids wore blush, so I designed bouquets filled with white lilies, white roses, and eucalyptus for an elegant and airy spring look.

Since Allie adores lilies, I incorporated pink lilies, pink and white gerbera daisies, carnations, and soft blush and white roses into her bouquet, creating a dreamy arrangement that stood out beautifully against her gown. The groomsmen wore classic white boutonnieres wrapped in blush chiffon ribbon, adding a delicate and timeless touch.

Their ceremony overlooked the lake, creating a peaceful and picturesque backdrop for their vows. Afterward, they took their family portraits in front of a gorgeous cherry blossom tree, which perfectly matched their pink and white wedding palette. The florals and scenery blended seamlessly to create a soft, romantic aesthetic.

The reception took place in a beautiful lodge, a space that felt so personal to Allie & Kevin, who love camping and the outdoors. Allie, my Joanna Gaines bride, has a passion for antiquing and farmhouse décor, so their sweetheart table was a perfect reflection of her style. They provided wooden initials and a vintage milk crate, which I incorporated into the design.

Their wooden farmhouse table was covered in lilies, blush florals, eucalyptus, and lush greenery, as well as on the mantle behind them, creating a warm and elegant focal point for the evening.

For the guest tables, Allie put so much love into creating her own centerpieces—succulent arrangements in terrariums with candles in the center, all placed on raw wood slices. To enhance the natural beauty of her designs, I added fresh greenery to every table, bringing in a soft and organic feel that tied everything together.
