Standard Coordination: $1,275
Pre-Wedding
- Initial consultation and ongoing email/text support throughout wedding planning.
- One-hour meeting 4 weeks prior to finalize vision, vendors, and details.
- Timeline creation for the wedding day.
- Vendor communication to confirm details during the wedding week.
Wedding Day
- 10 hours of event coverage.
- Assistance with light decorating (e.g., signs, place cards, centerpieces).
- Vendor liaison and point of contact.
- Timeline management to keep events on schedule.
- Bridal party and guest coordination.
- Wedding day emergency kit always on hand.
End of Night
- Distribute vendor payments/tips if pre-arranged.
- Gather personal belongings and gifts for designated person.
Premium Coordination: $1,875
Everything included in the Basic Package plus:
Pre-Wedding
- On-site meeting at the venue to assess logistics and layout.
- Partial planning assistance (e.g., vendor recommendations, contract negotiations).
- Managing special moments (e.g., surprise performances, intricate routines).
- Rehearsal coordination with bridal party and officiant.
Wedding Day
- 12 hours of event coverage.
- Breakdown and cleanup coordination.
Optional add-ons for both packages
- Extended hours at $100/hour pre-booked or $150/hour day-of.
- Additional travel charges for venues over 40 miles (IRS mileage rate).
